9th March 2010: Tolkien Seminar website online

The Tolkien Seminar (to be held in Jena on 23-25 April) now has its own website: seminar2010.kolbitar.de (available in both English and German).

The seminar poster (left) was designed by Anke Eißmann. Building on the theme of Romanticism, the poster echoes a painting by the German Romantic artist, Caspar David Friedrich, "Wanderer above the Sea of Fog" (1817/18).
