2nd February 2023: Call for Paper, Tolkien Seminar 2023

A call for papers for the 2023 Tolkien Seminar has been published on the website of DTG.

The topic of this years's conference is With other eyes: The Visualisation of Tolkien's Work.

The conference is being held on 27-29 October 2023 at Georg-August-University of Göttingen, Germany

28th November 2022: Seamus Hamill-Keays wins Beyond Bree Award

The winner of the Beyond Bree award 2022 is Seamus Hamill-Keays, co-author of The Gallant Edith Bratt.

According to Beyond Bree, The "Beyond Bree" Award is given "In recognition of outstanding contribution to the study of J.R.R. Tolkien, from the Readers of 'Beyond Bree'". Recipients for the Award are nominated and voted by the readers of "Beyond Bree". The intent is to recognize people, especially fans, who have contributed greatly to the study of Tolkien but who might not be well known in scholarly circles.

Walking Tree Publishers congratulates Seamus Hamill-Keays on this well-deserved recognition.
